When Nicole Abela was caught cutting hair at the age of four, little did she know her cousin would become her first client in a list of many.  Nicole began her illustrious career in Adelaide mentored by the talented Damien Rinaldo for 6 years before opening her own salon.

Nicole has worked in the industry as a professional hairdresser for over 15 years and has been working as a makeup artist for the past 7 years.


Nicole later moved to Sydney to pursue her dream to work as a freelance session hairstylist and makeup artist. Nicole's Sydney career started with the most recognized editorial and colour salon the Valonz group.  After a few months, Nicole was signed by Reload agency as a session hairstylist and makeup artist and has been booked on jobs for TV as well as advertising campaigns, beauty, fashion, celebrity work, fashion events, music awards and  Magazine editorials.


Nicole's has had a very distinguished career and has earned many awards, Such as winning the South Australian Hairdresser of the Year, and earning credits as a national finalist for the L’Oreal colour trophy three times. She was also a member of the Australian F.A.M.E team where she was an educator on the world stage in London. During that time, her love for education grew this led to her becoming an educator for L’Oreal and Affinage. Nicole is currently an Ambassador for the Morrocanoil creative  team and educates throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and has also worked at New York fashion week.
